Terms & Conditions Payment can be made by Credit or Debit cards or Paypal directly from the pages of this site. All payments must be in Pounds Sterling. Delivery within the UK is charged on all orders as shown within these pages.
The delivery costs may vary dependent on promotional offers in place but the amount to be charged will be shown on the final total before the customer can proceed with the order.
In proceeding with the order it is deemed that the customer agrees with the quoted delivery costs.
Deliveries on Overseas orders are charged at cost.
The ordering system does not calculate this charge but customers will be emailed the cost requesting confirmation of acceptance before the order is processed. We endeavour to carry stock of all our range but delivery times may vary depending on the goods involved and the time of year. Normal delivery 7-10 days, . Browning deliveries please allow 21 - 30 days for some items. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties on orders sent VAT free, lie with you the customer. Secure Payment by Credit Cards.
Credit card details are encrypted and kept in our secure encrypted gateway. We do not have access to your personal information. These details are not retained once a transaction is complete.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us. Returns Policy You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
Items supplied bagged or boxed must be returned in their original packaging, they must be clean with all labels still attached and accompanied with their proof of purchase. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. In addition to the above we will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We can only accept the return of unopened items after your statutory 14 days cooling off period, please return together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements. If in doubt please call us for advice. Postage will be charged on all goods returned for exchange. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. We will charge for the extra cost of delivery on exchanged goods. If you are returning Faulty Goods, we ask that you please return them in a clean condition. Nothing in these conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about statutory rights please contact your local trading standards department. Multiple returns may result in future orders being declined. Abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated and may be reported. Claims goods have not been delivered must be made within 60 days. We give the closest UK corresponding size to the Danish and New Zealand brands we sell. Under EU Regulations we are required to provide customer with an electronic link to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. You can submit a complaint via the Online Dispute Resolution platform, which can be found at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr. If you wish to cancel an order, please fill in this form and send it back to us.
